1. Pencil Booking Confirmation

Submission of this form will be considered a pencil booking. This is a non-binding reservation that secures your tentative slot while the proposal and final agreement are being processed.

2. Order Acknowledgment and Proposal Submission

Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. Our designated Account Manager will send the formal proposal to your registered email address for review and signatory.

3. Payment Terms

A 100% upfront payment of the total project fee is required to confirm and finalize your booking. No training schedule will be locked in without full payment.

4. Proof of Payment and Sales Invoice

Once payment has been made, kindly submit the proof of payment to your assigned Account Manager. An official Sales Invoice will be issued upon confirmation of payment.

5. Communication and Coordination

All workshop-related communications, including scheduling, logistical arrangements, and customization requests, shall be coordinated solely through the assigned Account Manager.

6. Additional Participants

The proposal includes a base participant count. Should there be additional attendees, please notify us in advance. Extra charges per pax will apply and will be reflected in a revised proposal or final billing.

7. Workshop Deliverables

The 2-day workshop includes:
– Standard or Advanced Power BI training (as selected)
– Workshop materials and datasets
– Hands-on activities and real-world dashboard cases
– Certificate of Completion per participant

8. Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

– Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 5 business days before the scheduled date and is subject to availability.
– Cancellation: Cancellations less than 5 business days before the scheduled workshop are non-refundable but may be credited toward future sessions within 3 months.

9. Technical Requirements and Setup

– Participants must have a desktop/laptop with Power BI Desktop installed.
– A stable internet connection is required for virtual or hybrid training setups.
– Onsite training (if applicable) must be held in a conducive training environment with a projector, whiteboard, and sound system.
